Long time no see. I haven’t posted in months and really I don’t have a good explanation for myself.  This post has been in the making for almost a month, but it seems like I could bring myself upon publishing it for some reason. So, this is going to be my second post this year, and consequently the second outfit inspiration of the week. I am planning to publish my Munich trip post in a span of a week, but will see about that won’t’ we. Without further digression here are my outfit details.

First, of course, we have to give props to my amazing coat from Mango that I really got a lot of use these past few months, but I also have to mention that this particular day was the last day that a coat could be worn since after that day the weather got so cold that there was no way you can survive in a coat. I really love the fact it is grey and not black because, as you can see in the photos, it breaks up the color scheme perfectly.

I cannot hide how obsessed I am with my over the knee boots from Mass. I honestly don’t wear them as often as I would like it, but when I do my outfit is next level good. They are black and heeled so they can bring every outfit up, on a dressier side, especially with a dress or a skirt, like here.

The skirt is from H&M, I got it this summer, but I have been wearing it all year, through all seasons, so definitely money well spent. The zipper in front has been a huge trend last season and judging by outfits on Instagram that trend will keep on growing this season, which is fine by me. The thing with these types of skirts is that you can wear them equally with tight and flowy shirts without it looking too much, so you can basically combine it with almost all shirts from your wardrobe and it will look good.

The shirt is also from H&M, it is actually a cropped shirt so it looks like I had to tuck the excess material in, which is something you can do but here that was unnecessary. I personally don’t really own a lot of shirts in color, especially red ones, so this shirt really stands out both in my wardrobe and this outfit.

My bag was featured in plenty of my past outfit inspiration posts, so if you are a regular reader you already know all about it. It is a simple black crossbody bag with some studs. What is new about it is a keychain that I attached to it. The keychain was a birthday gift from my boyfriend, and it is a fussy bordeaux heart.

That will be all for today, the photos were taken in Zagreb’s Zoo by my boyfriend. We spent the whole day there as a cute date before my birthday. Needless to say, we had a lot of fun and were happy like a couple of children the whole time.

Coat: Mango
Boots: Zara

First outfit post of the year. We are starting pretty much the same as we did last year, so nothing crazy and new. Definitely a different style and location, that’s true, so keep on reading if you want to get a closer look at what I am wearing.

I cannot ever say enough about this amazing coat I got in Mango, it’s so simple but stylish and it brings every single outfit together. I never thought my petite body could look good when wearing a long coat but this piece proved me wrong. A great investment definitely!

Again my classic ripped jeans with some glittery tights underneath so I am warm. Just love how this looks, I mean every interesting pair of tights work, but these ones are my favorite because they are a detail that elevates the whole look to be a bit more put together. And let me tell you, I found them in my wardrobe because I wore them maybe once a few years ago and now I am wearing them almost every single day. Sometimes hoarding clothes pays out.

My new boots from Zara are another addition to my ever-growing collection of boots, but these are the ones that I probably wear the most since they are black and not heeled. The studs make them a bit grungy which I like. In addition to that grungy little moment, I added some black stud earrings.

Last, but definitely not the least, my new sweater from Stradivarius which is probably the most loved item in my closet right now. It is so soft that you feel like you are wearing a blanket and all you want to do is to rub your face on it. The color matches my neutral palette when it comes to clothing so I have many combinations to wear it with.

That will be all for now. These beautiful photos were taken by my amazing boyfriend on our walk around the Blue Lake. Had a great time and got a lot of great photos, there is no better than that!

My Fav’ – Outfit Inspiration

Jeans: Zara Woman

As promised here is the second Outfit Inspiration this post, a week after the last one. Also I ‘promised’ you photos of lesser quality than usual since the camera kind of tricked me, but it is still visible enough when edited. Enjoy in this post nonetheless!

This outfit is really one of my favourite ones yet. It is kind of grunge but romantic grunge, at least that is how I perceive it. It has the smallest amount of black I ever wore and it still looks dark enough that I do not feel weird wearing COLOURS  😮 .

First we will start with this awesome and simple shirt/sweater from Bershka I just bought a couple of weeks ago. What is striking is its colour, never owned anything like it. With what my vocabulary allows me, the best I can do to describe it is to say it is a salmon pink colour. On it is written My Fav’ Sweat which I found adorable. It is warm and pretty, a good catch for winter.

Finally, I found chokers I like. These two are also from Bershka and they were in a set of five chokers total. I love it layered like this because it adds the grunge effect I talked about in the beginning and it makes this OOTD look like I spent a lot of time deciding what to wear when in fact it is just the opposite. It is probably worth mentioning I got them as a Christmas gift from my Fav’ person. You get the tittle know ?

In the spirit of new things let’s talk about my new jacket. It is from Zara and it is perfect! I didn’t own any really warm jackets before this one, so when it got too cold for my coat I ran to Split to buy one. This babe is so warm, in it has some faux fur and it has a filling. Also something that is so useful, the material outside is waterproof so rain just slides off. Great investment.

Also my jeans are from Zara. A perfect colour and the perfect fit. Already mentioned in previous posts so I am not going to go in details again. These boots from Schuh have been mentioned in previous posts as well, so all I am saying they are in perfect condition after almost 2 year since its real leather.

And now about the new addition to my accessories collection. This beautiful bag was also a gift from Christmas from one of the designers herself. Nohaa is a Croatian brand you all should check out, they have awesome stuff! They have an instagram and Facebook page, I am not sure but I think they do international deliveries aswell. Not an ad, even though I am not so biased since I actually know the duo that create them. The bag is burgundy and you get two leather tassels that you can put on both sides of the bag but I opted for only one!

Baby it’s cold outside – Outfit Inspiration

Jeans: Topshop moto
Shirt: Pull & Bear
Shoes: Puma Suede Platforms

2017 is here! Even though this has been shot about a month ago it is the first post of the year. I thought it was appropriate to begin with an Outfit Inspiration post since I haven’t posted one for the winter season. If you want to check other Outfit Inspirations posts click here!

This Outfit Inspiration is about an edgy way to stay warm in those cold winter months. It is a bit sporty but kind of elevated to look smarter. The show of the OOTD is this military green hoodie from Pull & Bear. I got it whilst I was in Zagreb and let me tell you one thing this is the warmest and the comfiest shirt ever. It is like wearing a blanket! It keeps you warm no matter what and because it is baggy you can wear it over a shirt and go out without an outerwear. What I like about it the most is that it’s distressed and ripped up a bit and on the hood it says Hold on to me.

Next are my beloved Topshop moto jeans that look like leather but are cotton. Probably the best purchase I ever made. Oh, those London days, please bring me back to London! This jeans look great with everything and they are so expensive looking (they weren’t cheap either :’) ),  and I wish I can get another pair like these babes. If you have seen something similar please tell me!

And lastly the pair of shoes I have wanted since their came out! Red suede platforms from Puma are probably my ideal shoes ever. Considering how tiny and short I am these platforms are made for me! I haven’t got any red shoes so the colour also perfect. I cannot even tell you how much I actually love these shoes. Just know that when I saw them in a window from a shop in Zagreb I screamed a little and almost started crying. That’s how much I am obsessed!!!

So this is it! A quick and short first post, but I hope you like it. I already have prepared a new Outfit Inspiration post for next week, the photos turned out a bit blurry so when you see it pretend you didn’t! A preview of the outfit you can se on my instagram (a pic on my blog instagram, and a snap on my personal instagram!) links are on the side and just below this!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

Fall is here – Outfit Inspiration

Jeans: Zara Woman
Jacket: Zara Basic
Shirt: Tally Weijl
Watch: Esprit
Boots: Schuh

I haven’t done one of these posts for a long time. But since it is my favourite season I decided to get on it and show you my outfits for Fall (at least I hope there would be more Outfit Inspiration posts this fall). You can see other outfit inspirations here! Now something more on the items shown up!

First lets start with these jeans! They are fairly new, I got them maybe a month ago. They are lightly washed, just the right amount. To me wearing denim jeans is something new, since I only wore black jeans exclusively for 2 or 3 years, or in som rare occasions really dark jeans that seem black. I got this pair to refresh my wardrobe and now I am not getting out of them!

This jacket is really special because it is a leather jacket made to look really fancy since it has a peplum part on the end. It could be worn with anything from a dress to a pair of sweatpants so it is a perfect must-have piece. I bought it in Rome a year ago in Zara, so you have more about it in my Italian haul post!

This shirt from Tally Weijl is also a new piece. It is a really pretty faded light purple colour with 3/4 sleeves and a little bit shorter fit which I like because it is not cropped too much that I cannot wear it to school.

My Esprit watch is my go to accessory when I need something simple to class the outfit up a bit. It is silver with little tiny crystals all around. Also I am wearing a necklace with my Hard Rock pendant that I got as a gift from someone very special and that has been a piece of jewelry I am wearing non stop for over a month.

And for the last piece my beautiful boots. If you do not know I am too obsessed with boots so I have so many pairs from which I cannot really choose a favourite one. These babes are from Schuh, an UK brand. I got them two years ago and they still run like new. Leather and italian made – perfection. More on them in my London Haul!

That would be all from me today! If you want to check more of my day-to-day outfits and makeup looks be sure to follow me on my two instagram’s which you have on the right of your screen (or at the bottom if you are not using desktop version).
